The three-day event gathered over 300 General Managers from across Asia alongside Accor’s global leadership team, under the unifying theme “THRIVE”, aimed at aligning strategic priorities and equipping leaders to deliver sustainable growth across the region.
The conference brought together senior leaders from Accor’s premium, midscale, and economy hotel portfolio, combining market outlooks, operational deep-dives, and interactive workshops.
Discussions highlighted key topics such as hospitality trends, commercial performance, guest experience, talent development, and responsible hospitality practices, ensuring leaders were well-prepared to drive high-performance results at property level.
